Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy sets out the Terms and Conditions under which refunds may be requested by customers using our Cloud Computing and DDoS Mitigation services.

By using our services, you agree to the terms described here.

We offer the following services that can be paid for by credit card:

  • Cloud Computing: Cloud infrastructure solutions to meet storage and processing needs.
  • Mitigation against DDoS attacks: Protection against distributed denial of service attacks, guaranteeing the availability of online services.

Payments can be made in any currency:

  • BRL (Brazilian Real)
  • USD (US Dollar)

We accept credit card payments from the following brands:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Diners Club
  • JCB
  • China UnionPay

We don’t currently offer regular promotions, but we do offer trial periods for our services:

  • Cloud Computing7-day trial.
  • Mitigation against DDoS attacks24 hours or 72 hours.

Refund requests can be made in the situations listed below:

For the Cloud Computingrefunds can only be requested within the first 7 days of activating the service. After this period, the customer can use the service until the end of the contracted month, but without the right to a refund.

For the DDoS Mitigationthere are no refunds after the end of the trial period, and the customer should contact the Account Manager responsible for the service to formalize their wish to contract the solution.

If the customer wishes to cancel a service and request a refund, they must open a ticket in the Portal / Customer Area, using a personal and non-transferable login and password.

The team undertakes to handle the ticket and proceed with the cancellation and/or refund within 24 hours of opening the request.

For the DDoS Mitigation service, a fee of 4.5% will be applied to the monthly fee for payments made via Stripe.

Payments via boleto or bank transfer are not accepted for this service, but payments via Bank Of America or PayPal are still available without additional fees.

This policy may be updated from time to time. We recommend that customers review this policy whenever they use our services. By continuing to use our services, you agree to any changes that may be made.
